The second studio album by Jameson.
This is a much more refined collection of songs than any other release.
Each track focuses purely on the song- built around the acoustic guitar or ukulele, harmonica and lead vocal. Some tracks are that simple, others have been served with a helping of percussion, electric guitar, classical guitar, 12-string acoustic guitar and electric bass guitar. Backing vocals are few and far between this time around (no double tracking and less of the usual three-part harmonies) so the songs sound more natural and direct. Each vocal and instrument were recorded in one take, using just one microphone and one room- all the overdubs were created only the day before they were recorded to capture a raw, spontaneous and intuitive feel.
